Welcome to Iron & Grace. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Iron & Grace is a faith-based fitness application that provides workout tracking, training plans, AI coaching, achievement tracking, and scripture-integrated content. The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Iron & Grace. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Iron & Grace offers a free tier and paid auto-renewing subscriptions:
New subscribers may be offered a 2-week free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected at the price shown in the App.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price for your selected plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

The AI coach provides general fitness guidance and faith-based encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, certified personal training, licensed counseling, or pastoral care. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program or making health decisions. You use the AI coach's suggestions at your own risk.
Iron & Grace provides tools to track and plan workouts. You are solely responsible for your physical safety during exercise. By using the App, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including risk of injury. Consult your physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Iron & Grace integrates Christian scripture, devotional content, and faith-based encouragement. This content reflects a Protestant Christian perspective and is offered for inspiration and personal growth. It is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, formal theological education, or professional counseling.
All content, design, code, and branding of Iron & Grace are the property of Iron & Grace and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
You retain ownership of data you create in the App (workout logs, custom exercises, coach conversations). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time directly within the App by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. This will remove all your data within 30 days. Note that deleting your account does not cancel any active subscription — you must cancel separately in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron & Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Iron & Grace operates.
